That is truly an impressive dessert. Beautiful. I have been hearing so much about that book and you are not the first to mention it helps you understand more about baking and ingredients, something I really need.

You look like a fantastic cook. I’m gogin to save the brussel sprout recipe and make it when they are in season here in Australia. I think a new oven only improved my cooking….once I figured out how to use it.

I’m very familiar with quick meals around half-unpacked cardboard boxes! But yours was no quick meal – it sounds lovely. Must make these oat crackers soon!

Those oat crackers look very inviting. And the rye dough is interesting: I had never seen a recipe using rye flour.
